Joram is a litigation and conveyancing associate based in our Mombasa branch specialising in insurance, banking, contract, immigration, land and oil and gas. He has been instrumental in drafting Court pleadings and attending Court and Tribunals. He is skilled in Court negotiations for the settlement of suits, provision of legal opinions and other related litigation tasks.
He has over 5 year’s experience as a civil litigation lawyer specialising in insurance law, defending against material damage and personal injury claims. Joram also specialises in land dispute matters and has represented clients before the Environment and Land Courts and NEMA Tribunal. He is also skilled in debt recovery, labour relations disputes and dispute resolutions.
Joram is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and Mombasa Law Society and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is currently pursuing his Certified Public Secretary Certificate.
