Hadassah is a litigation and conveyancing associate based in our Mombasa branch specialising in Research and knowledge transfer; capacity development in the context of law and advocacy; contract negotiation; corporate governance and compliance; mediation; civil and criminal litigation; and legal drafting, immigration and land. She has been instrumental in drafting Court pleadings and attending Court and Tribunals. She is skilled in Court negotiations for the settlement of suits, provision of legal opinions and other related litigation tasks.
Hadassah is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is an accredited professional mediator.

- Advising clients on complex transactions relating to Assignments, Lease, Sub-Leases, and Sectional Titles.
- Advising clients on Defense strategies, Bail applications and Bail/Bond Review Applications in relation to criminal litigation.
- Advising clients and Preparing Petitions for Letters of Administration and Grants of Probate.
- Representing Persons of Interest with the Refugee Status Determination process.
- Advised and represented clients on various matters including appeals.
- Providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Assisting in the review and formulation of legal policies, procedures and regulations.
- Reviewing legislation, court cases, correspondence and publications.
- Advising clients on incorporating companies, partnerships and drafting partnership deeds, security documets such as debentures and loan agreements.
- Assited clients on negotiation and completion terms.
- Represented clients in relation to Alternative Dispute Resolution through arbitration and mediation.
